The Lessons: Self-Mastery & Beyond
The complete journey to ADHD Self-Mastery starts with the Introduction Stage, followed by training delivered in 4 different Stages.
The Introduction Stage
This Introduction Stage contains core content you need before accessing the training. Click the MARK COMPLETE button at the bottom of each page in the Introduction Stage.
The Learning Stages:
SELF-MASTERY – The four Stages are your major milestones along the journey to self-mastery. Each Stage contains several Levels in order to group lesson topics and to mark your progress along the way.
Stage 1: Bust Through Roadblocks
Stage 2: Manage Your Mind
Stage 3: Master Time Management
Stage 4: Plan with Purpose
TEST YOUR KNOWLEDGE – As you complete each stage, you have the option of taking a quiz to mark your progress. It’s just a bit of fun self-accountability. Of course, your real reward should be the progress you see in your own productivity and life!
Training material for self-study
NEW LESSON EVERY 14 DAYS
For Stages 1 – 4, a new lesson is opened up to you every two weeks, the same day of the week. Lessons are given in three formats to allow you to choose your preferred learning mode:
- Video – 1 to 3 short videos per lesson
- Audio – you can play or download audio of each video
- Notes – complete, well-formatted notes contain the same information as the videos
- Resources – Many lessons contain additional resources in the form of PDF’s, templates, info-graphics or tools.
PRACTICE – The most important part of your learning will come from real-life practice, as you incorporate what you learn into your life. The suggested practice assignments were designed to fit into your work or life, not to take extra time. However, in some cases, it may take a little time for initial set-up.
ONLINE WORK SPACE – There is space at the bottom of each lesson page where you can type in your answers to “Thought Questions” or keep your notes about practice ideas. These will be added to your personal downloadable / printable Pathfinder Workbook.
DOWNLOAD to KEEP – You are strongly encouraged to download all of the print and audio information for each lesson. It is yours to keep — but only if you download it during the time you are an active member of Pathfinder.
- Suggestion: Make a point of downloading new lesson material as it becomes available, even if you aren’t ready to consume the lesson. Once you leave Pathfinder, the members website and the training material will no longer be available to you.
ACCOUNTABILITY:
The information in the training builds in small steps, week by week. I suggest you look at (and ideally practice) each lesson in order, but you’re not required to do so.
MARK YOUR PROGRESS – In order to keep yourself on track, click the MARK COMPLETE button at the bottom of the lesson page to mark your progress (and tell you where you left off). It’s up to you to click the button on each lesson page, saying that you have completed the lesson.

- To truly feel you’ve reached “self-mastery,” a REAL lesson completion will involve absorbing the training material, using it in practice (if possible), and filling in the lesson page in the Workbook.
NOTE: In this Introduction Stage, if you see a red MARK COMPLETE button at the bottom of the page, you must click it to move forward.
