STAGE 3: Master Time Management

Welcome to Stage 3!

In this Stage of Pathfinder, we’ll work with all aspects of time management.

This training is different from typical time management training.  That’s because it starts with a most important component that most people with ADD / ADHD struggle with:  a “time sense.”

Time management starts with an accurate “time sense”

Before you can get time management principles to work for you, you need to have a realistic sense of time.  That means being able to predict with some degree of accuracy how long things are going to take.  Without a realistic time sense, any planning or time management you attempt is really just based on random guesses.

Gain an accurate time sense, and you can turn around your life

If you’ve suffered with chronic lateness your whole life, being able to count on meeting deadlines, and getting to appointments and meetings on time can have an enormous boost to your self-confidence.

We’ll also look at calendars and planners, and help you discover what method suits you best.   Then, armed with a time sense and calendar habit, you’ll have the tools you need to breeze into planning in Stage 4.

  • OPTIONAL: Click the red “Mark Completed” button after you consume each lesson to see your progress in the program. This will allow you to be taken to where you left off when you log back in.
  • Remember, a new lesson will open to you every two weeks. Between lessons, you’re encouraged to get any questions you have answered in live Office Hours.
