Your journey officially begins…

Today you are starting on the path towards fully understanding your ADD / ADHD-type traits and tendencies, and how they show up in you.
Before you begin the Stage 1 lessons, you’ll need to know the concepts I’ve established in the Introduction Stage material.
Have you completed these Introduction Stage lessons?
- listened to the short video on How to Get the Most Out of Pathfinder (so you won’t stay at a totally superficial level of simply gathering information)
- taken the “Who’s Driving Your Bus” Self-Test to determine the main characters who are driving YOUR brain/bus
Have you taken Personal Inventory?
- The Personal Inventory Tool presented under the Welcome tab isn’t required, but it’s an invaluable way to get a baseline score of where you are now in order to see the progress you make.
Stage 1 sets the stage for just about everything else in the program. You’ll identify your problem patterns and begin busting some basic roadblocks right away, with techniques for ending procrastination, habit creation and organization. You’ll learn how to break down a complex project, deal with hyper-focus, and approach any kind of writing much more quickly.
In Stage 1, we’ll touch superficially on concepts that will be explored in much more detail later in Pathfinder. These are areas like mental and mind-set blocks such as shame, and executive functions like time management, planning and prioritizing.
See the Stage 1 curriculum below.
Remember, a new lesson or video is rolled out every two weeks. Lesson pages will not be available until they’re rolled out.
- Watch your email to alert you when a new lesson is ready.
- OPTIONAL: Click the red “Mark Completed” button after you consume each lesson to see your progress in the program. This will allow you to be taken to where you left off when you log back in.
